I absolutely loved my stay! The location is a dream, right across from the Palace Theatre, making it so easy to catch a show. The staff were incredibly welcoming and fixed a small issue with my room super quickly, showing how much they care about your comfort!

Staying in the heart of Soho made it easy to explore vibrant restaurants and theaters. The complimentary cheese and wine each evening was a delightful touch after a day of sightseeing.

We had a great group vacation! The hotel is in a prime spot, just minutes from amazing theaters and bars. The wine and cheese sessions were perfect before heading out. Make sure to enjoy the complimentary snacks. they really help when you’re out and about in the area!

Unfortunately, the room we had was a bit on the small side, but we managed. There were a few noise issues from outside that kept us awake at times.

This place has a super cool room that feels cozy and functional, but wow, it's tiny! The bathroom is nice, just really close quarters. Plus, the staff is mad friendly! Not enough room to move around though, and I couldn’t find a place to stow my bags. Enjoyed the bar/lounge area for a chill time.

The hotel's location is fantastic for exploring Soho, near theaters and lots of eateries. We enjoyed the delightful three-hour wine and cheese sessions which were perfect for us as we prepared for our show. Plus, the staff was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

My children wished for a bit more space in the room for playing. A larger space would make it easier to manage little ones.

I absolutely loved the proximity to both Hyde Park and St James's Park, making it super easy to enjoy relaxing strolls in the heart of the city, and the staff were always smiling and incredibly helpful whenever I needed assistance during my stay.

I truly appreciated the charming decoration, with beautiful wood accents and inviting communal areas to relax in. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy for senior guests to navigate and enjoy their stay.

Better seating options in common areas could be beneficial.

Perfect Location with Great Amenities

I had a fantastic stay in a Double Room, which was impeccably clean and right in the heart of vibrant Soho. The complimentary wine and cheese sessions in the evening were a delightful touch and made for a relaxing prelude to my nights out. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The only downside was the small room size, which might not be ideal for everyone.

It was just a great match for a weekend stopover in London with value for money. The complimentary cheese and wine from 5-8pm was a nice surprise and really well done! A tip, don’t forget to ask for a better room if you find the first one unsatisfactory.

I spent 10 nights in a Queen Room, and the shower was a highlight—super hot and powerful, just what you need after a busy day! The cozy little bar was perfect for relaxing after exploring, and the overall vibe was great. Just a heads-up, the room was a bit snug for our family, but it didn't really put a damper on our stay! 😊
